Program Description
The Siroc Rentals messaging program provides transactional and customer-care communications for short-term rental guests, long-term tenants, rental applicants, and property-service contacts. Messages may include reservation confirmations, arrival and access instructions, maintenance updates, rent reminders, lease notifications, and responses to requested assistance.
Consent and Enrollment
Recipients enroll by providing their mobile number during a reservation, rental inquiry, lease, or requested property-service interaction, or by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to (850) 533-8531. By enrolling, you authorize Siroc Rentals to send automated or manually initiated text messages related to the program.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on reservation, tenancy, or service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
